Explanation : Enlarged lymph nodes, especially in the neck are usually  due to an infection such as strep throat. Another common cause is infectious mononucleosis (mono). A blood test is usually done in this setting to prove that mono is the cause. If the nodes (lumps) don't go away and the mono test is negative, your dr. May consider x-rays or a biopsy to be explain the cause. You should make sure to follow-up.

is it normal to get light headed when raising ur head fast? or could this be linked to lyphoma. i have a couple of enlarged lymoh nodes and i'm worried incase this is a symptom of lyohoma. the lyph nodes have also not changed in 2 years and are small?

: If the lymph nodes have not grown in two years, you do not have lymphoma. You can watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. See your doctor: If you indeed have a node above your collar bone re see your doctor and have him refer you to a gastroenterologist especially if it persists once the pneumonia is coming under control.

Lymphoma: can affect lymph nodes in any part of the body.Submental lymph node enlarge would  be a rare presentation, usually cervical or axillary. Have it examined with careful follow up. You should also get blood work to check for lymphocytosis.

Viral, autoimmune: This could be a viral infection. Certainly, one thing to consider would be mono. This is typical in your age group. This usually resolves in 5-10 days but if symptoms continue I would also consider doing some lab as a connective tissue disease could also present like this, with some vague symptoms.

: You are likely correct. Any disturbance of the skin surface as would be in tattoo removal may trigger enlargement of local nodes that can persist for a few weeks.

my upper gums and teeth are bleeding since one year and dr says it is normal my gums are sensitive and i am developing permanent swollen lymph nodes under my jaw that is movable. is this bleeding cause those swollen nodes?

: Bleeding gingiva = inflammation. Over the long run, inflammation can result in periodontal disease and loss of teeth. It may be wise to see a periodontist (gum specialist) in your area for a second opinion.
