Wrong test: Antibody tests are unreliable for lyme disease.  Western blot test should be performed.
Also, leg pain not normally a symptom of lyme.

Old Infection: This most likely means you had an old infection with lyme disease.  Our bodies make IgM early in an infection and IgG later.  Even once the infection is gone there will be detectable IgG for quite some time.  This is part of how our body remembers previous infections so we can fight them off better if we get them again.

Yes: Igm is the immunoglobulin noted for coming out early in response to any illness, it fades over time while igg come out a bit later and stays up longer. If you have a positive IgM it indicates a early response, while igg would probably show up in a few months at which point the IgM would have declined.

Negative: If a patient's lab test result is &lt;0.91, and the lab says the reference range for NEGATIVE is &lt;0.91, then the test result is NEGATIVE. Of course, numbers are just numbers, so the doctor needs to see the numbers in the context of the whole patient in order to make sensible and accurate conclusions from the numbers.

: Probably not.

Determination of Lyme Disease is based primarily on clinical symptoms and on physical findings.  Serologic findings are, at best, supportive, NOT diagnostic.  For whatever its worth (not much) these tests suggest a remote episode of Lyme Disease (years or decades ago), not currently active and not needing treatment now

Lyme tests poor: The lyme tests are poor for lyme disease. The diagnosis of lyme is based on a constellation of symptoms and not on a positive lab test. The western blot which you were describing can be negative in as much as 50% of the people with lyme disease if they have symptoms without an antibody response.

If a doctor confirms the typical bulls-eye rash lab testing is not required for diagnosis.  Igb g positive indicates potential infection with lyme disease and may be present even after the infection has resolved  and should be utilized in conjunction with clinical featue.

If only one band, no: If only one band, no.  A positive not only requires more than one band, but they have to be specific bands.

Nothing by itself: A single positive IgG band means nothing. Was the screen positive? How many other IgG and IgM bands were positive? You should discuss all of this with the doctor who ordered the test.
