Not SLE!: Either medicine you take or a bug. The symtpoms you describe can come from plaquenyl, or hydroxychorquine.

Lupus and gluten : Lupus is an autoimmune disease that many people think may be linked to intestinal imbalances. Wheat and gluten can make autoimmune diseases worse. Whether or not you are celiac you should try going off gluten for 2 - 3 months.

What about labs?: Still insufficient information, your doctor would suspect lupus, s/he is correct, but still a suspicion till proven right, other pieces of clinical puzzle/picture need to be put together for the final picture (diagnosis) to show, wish you all the best

Inflammation: Lupus and the pre-menstrual phase of the cycle are both known for being states of increased inflammation, so it makes sense that you might have this and notice it during your menstrual cycle.  I would speak with your rheumatologist regarding medications that are safe to take to diminish the flare symptoms, as some anti-inflammatories are harmful for kidneys.  Best of luck.

Not worth it: There is no scientific proof that these supplements are beneficial for your SLE but there are unknown risks which may be harmful. I'd advise against taking this step.

Not sure, I don't : think anyone knows for sure if its okay for sure. No study has been done on those supplement with SLE. I would recommend stay simple supplement with multivitamin, Vit D, B complex. At the most, protein shake for post work out.
