Not SLE!: Either medicine you take or a bug. The symtpoms you describe can come from plaquenyl, or hydroxychorquine.

See below: You may also need to be tested for celiac disease which can be seen with other autoimmune disease and you may need to see a gastroenterologist for further workup. Hope that helps.
