: How low was your glycemia? If glycemia has been above 60, you have nothing to concern. There have been scarce reports about post prandial hypoglycemia in Covid-19 infection but I have not read one similar to your case.

If severe possibly: if the vitamins D deficiency is severe it is possible, but there would be a number of other symptoms as well. Thus, unlikely vitamin D deficiency in and of itself would be a cause of reactive hypoglycemia.

: I would not assume this was the cause &amp; often none is ever found. If the debris from the MC is studied as many as 1/3 that are lost at that point have genetic imbalances that were incompatible with survival. Even with thorough study an explanation may be elusive.

Don't know: Reported effects of  Remeron (mirtazapine) include: increased appetite, weight gain, diarrhea nausea, vomiting, cholecystitis, and colitis. I don't know the cause of your hunger pains. Please notify your doctor. If you have severe abdominal pain - that warrants urgent evaluation.

Gilbert's syndrome: Is a benign abnormality detectable only by lab tests. Personally, I have never seen a patient with true reactive hypoglycemia -- only ones that were misdiagnosed. It's not low glucose, only a return of glucose to normal after a meal in someone who is usually overweight and Insulin resistant. Finger stick glucose meters are not accurate enough to detect true hypoglycemia.

Hgb A1C: Not likely glucose is 7, or you wouldn't be here with us.Hgb a1c should be 4.5-6 normally.

Not really: The best way to confirm hypoglycemia is by testing the sugar at the time of symptoms to see if is truly low (under 60).  Many people with symptoms of hypoglycemia find that their sugars are actually normal when they are having symptoms, and that the symptoms are related to something else.
