Don't know: Reported effects of Remeron (mirtazapine) include: increased appetite, weight gain, diarrhea nausea, vomiting, cholecystitis, and colitis. I don't know the cause of your hunger pains. Please notify your doctor. If you have severe abdominal pain - that warrants urgent evaluation.
