The medications: used in the treatment of Lupus may be stomach irritants (eg: steroids cortisone like drugs) If this is NOT the case suggest a trial of a H-2 bocker (eg PEPCID) or a Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI) eg PriLosec

More info?: Is it sharp or achy?  Is it every time or only sometimes?   What type? How long does it last? Anything make it better?  Anything make it worse?  Does food affect the pain?  Have you had any surgery ? How long has it been there?  Have you tried any medications? Did they work?  Did you injure yourself? Pulled muscle etc?  Has anyone done any studies? Gallbladder? Gastritis? Any nausea? Fevers?

have lupus.  recovering from a flare.  is it common or normal to get n/v, diarrhea, terrible abdominal pain along with other typical symptoms of flare? today is day 4 and still dealing with all over abd pain. feels inflamed. what can i take?

Yes  GI symptoms com: Lupus is a multi system disease. It can involve GI system fairly routinely during flare ups
Digestive symptoms may be caused by medications you r taking for lupus
In your case pancreatitis  May be triggered by lupus , causing your symptoms.
Difficulty swallowing, liver enlargement, intestinal ulcers can be present
You need a diagnostic work up ASAP and. Need to see a GI MD

Sharp pains: Serositis in lupus can involve the lining membranes of the chest wall causing pleurisy, or the membrane around the heart called the pericardium leading to pericarditis.  Abdominal pain in a lupus patient requires evaluation by a physician as there are several potential causes for pain.

i've been having abdominal pain, sometimes severe. follows eating. occurs with diarrhea (often) or constipation from imodium (loperamide). dr. not sure it's lupus ?

Not lupus: This sounds more like reflux (gerd), ulcer, or gastritis.   An allergic reaction to certain foods or a toxic reaction to certain food proteins (food protein enteropathy) is yet another possibility.  These symptoms are not typical for lupus.  See a gastroenterologist and/or allergist to sort it out.

occured a sudden epigastric pain causing pain in  region of the upper abdomen immediately below the ribs, also i suffered immediate loose motion with foul smell and vomitting .
it also caused me nausea?

Food poisoning: It could have been food poisoning. The symptoms are compatible staphylococcal toxin. However that is only one of many possibilities. Staphylococcal toxic poisoning is usually over in 24 hours. If the symptoms persist more than a day, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

can kombucha make you feel like ur getting a stomach bug an hour after drinking it? (burning sour feeling in abdomen mixed with a mild stomach ache + nausea) i think this happened once before after i drank a bottle of it but i'm not sure.

Maybe: I'm not sure if I've hear this before but it is entirely possible if there is a timing correlation between when you drank it and the onset of your symptoms, that is likely the cause. Kombucha can be fairly acidic (pH of 2-3) because it contains by products of what is essentially fermentation. If you already have mild problems with acid reflux, kombucha could make it worse.
