The medications: used in the treatment of Lupus may be stomach irritants (eg: steroids cortisone like drugs) If this is NOT the case suggest a trial of a H-2 bocker (eg PEPCID) or a Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI) eg PriLosec Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
