Yes: Likely not a major issue but if you have an uncontrolled lung problem, see a pulmonologist for X-rays and likely pulmonary function tests

Not always : There are certain characteristic (e.g. Hyperinflated lungs) which a doctor may see on chest x-ray of a patient with emphysema, but not always. Clinical history and pft/spirometry are usually needed to make the diagnosis.

Pleural effusion: Yes. Pleural fluids could be checked for the  cancerous cells. On the chest x-ray will be probably seen pleural effusion.

No: Not sure what they are referring to when they say expire.  Once the x-ray has been taken it is what it is.   Your lungs may change within hours after the x-ray is taken, rendering the prior film invalid for medical purposes, but it still stands on its own.  Hope I have explained this ok.

my grandson ate a few little bites of a soft rubber foam ball,,,took him to doctor,,everything ok,,lung x-ray good,,he is active,,i'm still worried?

Return to doc: This cough has gone on for to long. There are many possible reasons for a cough. Go back to doctor for reexam

im 30, man. i noticed the 7th rib on my left costal cartilage sticks out more than the right side. no pain and almost same feeling as my right rib when i touch. i also had lung x ray scan last month and it was normal. should i be worried?

: No. Minor asymmetry is normal. 
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Second opinion: This is a problem that necessitates a face-to-face meeting with your doctor.  This will allow him/her to examine you, ask specific questions. And possibly order tests to find out what's wrong and what to do to help you.

X-Ray: The virus can also create this appearance -- your doctor may recommend a follow up chest x-ray in 6-8 weeks to confirm resolution of these findings.
