Not fibroid: How can she have fibroid if she is pregnant? She needs a cardiac evaluation , ekg and maybe a cardiac ultrasound or echocardiogram.

If you: Have heavy cycles it could be anemia but with chest pressure we always recommend you get seen asap to rule out a heart attack. Good luck.
