Hypoglycemia: If oj helps with dizziness and light headedness you probably have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) causing these symptoms - best way to check would be check your blood sugar during symptoms. Would recommend snacks in between meals.

"Fibroid ?'s": Fibroid surgery can be done by major surgery (open abdomen) or laparoscopic surgery (easier recovery but not all fibroids may be removed this way) or by embolic therapy, which stops the blood supply to fibroid tumors.  Unless the fibroids are causing steady bleeding or pain, or infertility, get a second opinion to confirm the need for this kind of treatment.

Depends....: It depends what pills you take, if they are birth control pills, probably no effect. It all depends....

Surgery : There are no medications to permanently get rid of fibroids. Surgerical options incude fibroid embolization, accessa, myomectomy and hysterectomy.

: If you know it is a fibroadenoma/fibroid, there is no need to remove it. It is usually that a lump is felt and it is not clear as to the nature of the lump. To be on the safe side the lump is removed and submitted to a pathologist for definitive diagnosis.

Residual hormone: production, by conversion from androgens to weak estrogens, can be the culprit.  Sampling of the uterine lining by office biopsy, hysteroscope, or D&amp;C is useful. Sometimes treatment with oral progesterone to counter the weak estrogen is useful.
