Don't think so: A fear spread in the internet is that driving with the windows down may increase exposure to exhaust and smog and increase the risk of lung cancer.  This is not proven and is unlikely to be a significant risk factor unless possibly you are constantly stuck in traffic jams.

Known carcinogens are tobacco smoke, both active and passive, and radioactive gas (radon) in a tightly sealed basement. Best single thing you can do for yourself is to stop smoking and avoid people who do!

The cancer risk from 2nd hand smoke  is greater if less than 25 years when exposed and had several years exposure.  Lung cancer risk for smokers is decreased by 90% if younger than 40 at time of quitting, Your risk may low
