Head Lumps: These lumps on the scalp could be what are called trichilemmal or pilar cysts which are the most common cyst of the skin and contain a thick substance consisting of dead skin cells, etc. But could also represent something more serious. Don't jump...: ...To any conclusions. There are lots of causes of small hard lumps, and most of them are not tumors (or at least not the kind that are dangerous). Let a dermatologist look at them, and if necessary, biopsy them.

Well : Generally speaking lumps on the scalp that are not painful can be inflamed or enlarged lymph node a cyst or fatty tumor lipoma usually these are benign. Rarely  they could be a cancer. See a doctor in person for specific diagnosis and treatment

i have a few hard lumps on my head just below the service. at first there was just one now there are five . they are very hard but do not move . start small grow to about hr size of a pea.

If : If the scalp moves freely over these lumps, and they feel hard like bone, they are likely to be osteomas which are benign and don't typically need treatment unless symptomatic. In some rare cases, they may be related to a systemic disorder ( such as gardner's syndrome associated with colonic polyps). My best recommendation is have someone check these out to make a proper diagnosis and hopefully reassure you there is nothing to worry about.

Low back lumps: A physician would have to examine these lumps in order to make a diagnosis and advise you. If they are freely movable, they are not attached to bone and could be benign fatty tumors called lipomas.

Maybe lymph nodes: They may be lymph nodes which are common to find in the inguinal area. As long as they are tiny, less than an inch in size, not tender and move freely they are likely fine. If you have a surrounding area of infection they can respond to this by growing in size. Have your doctor examine you and confirm a diagnosis.
