Blepharoplasty: I can't seem to see any photographs. A blepharoplasty is a great procedure to rejuvenate the eyelids especially if there is puffiness or excess skin.

Most : Most patients only have one blepharoplasty in their lifetime, but yes the results will change as you age.  Our skin continues to lose elasticity, so will continue to change over time.  Some patients do seek out a second blepharoplasty if they continue to have significant drooping, but this is fairly rare.

why are my eyes slightly yellow after blepharoplasty?

Probably not: The goal of blepharoplasty is to remove redundant skin and allow the eyes to open more readily and of course for the skin to look better.  This has the effect, among these options, of exposing the whites of the eyes more openly.  You probably had eyes this yellow before but they were obscured by the redundant skin which is now out of the way and you can see the yellow more readily.

Laser: For severe excess skin, Blepharoplasty may be the best optio. For milder forms, collagen rejuvenation using Yag Laser may help tighten the skin.

can asian eyelid surgery help me if i do have a crease, but my eyes are hooded? from what i've read, i think my problem is too much fat in my eyelids? does asian eyelid surgery help with that, or do i need regular blepharoplasty?

Asian : Asian eyelids look asian because of where the levator muscle inserts on the tarsal plate and skin (typically low) giving a very low lid crease just above the lashes.  In caucasian lids, the crease is much higher (10-12 mm).  Both types of lids have fat (especially in the inner corner).  If you are asian, you want to discuss at length with you surgeon whether or not you want to keep the asian low crease or have more of a caucasian high crease. will blepharoplasty get rid of the wrinkles around my eyes? i have crow's feet wrinkles around my eyes. will blepharoplasty get rid of them, or just the ones on my eyelids?

The : The excess skin in the upper and lower lids can be addressed with blepharoplasty. But if you are attempting to get rid of crows feet wrinkles you will be able to soften these with Botox or fillers or both. There are also some chemical peels and deeper laser treatments that can help soften the appearance of crows feet and fine lines. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon.  Best of luck to you.

No: Blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure to reduce the redundant "bags" around the eyelids and to enhance the cosmetic appearance of the eyelids.  The eyeball itself is not involved with the procedure, and and any secondary effects of the procedure on the eyeball may be due to the eyelid tightening, or  rarely, to over correction that results in corneal exposure with resulting dry eye and pain.
