Nephrolithiasis: The kidneys are retroperitoneal and located in the area mentioned.  Have you done a urinalysis lately?

Medications.: Mild gastritis can do it. GERD is a possibility. Are you taking any medication on a regular bases. has your gall bladder been evaluated. Inflammatory bowel disease needs to be ruled out. Irritable bowel syndrome a possibility. Consider seeing a gastroenterologist.

LUQ pain abn stool: May be gastritis( try ranitidine/ prevecid)  or food intolerances (milk ,gluten ,soy) or pancreatic insufficiency( try creon), pancreatic mass   or colonic issues. Would follow up with doctor since it is 2 months likely need imaging -CT ,as well as upper /lower endoscopy.

Trigger/Tender Point: The lumps sound like muscle spasm could be trigger point vs tender point.  Either way, have your doctor look at it if you can't massage them out or continue to bother you and cause pain to radiate away from them.  You may need a quick injection of anesthetic to the area or further workup to see why the muscles are spasming.

Back : Back pain can be caused by a variety of conditions, including the muscle, disc pain, or irritation to the nerve roots.  Kidney infections can cause back pain as well.  Advil or tylenol (acetaminophen) and rest usually helps muscle pain.  If a patient had swelling as you describe, with a golf ball sized lump, then they should consult their physician for a physical examination.
