Web?: People sometimes feel this after eating or swallow? This could be a number of things and needs workup. Could be reflux, tumor, web although this is rare, or stress. Needs to be visualized in the office of ENT 
May actually need upper endoscopy.

Hard throat lump: There are many causes dysphagia, or difficulty swallowing. Major obstructions like enlarged tonsils can cause this. Reflux disease can also cause it, as well as an embedded foreign body. Finally, there are some anatomic deformities which can lead to symptoms, including diverticular disease of the upper digestive tract. It is wise to see a phyisican--gi or general surgeon--for an exam.

Could be ...: Anything from a zenker's diverticulum (less likely) to esophageal reflux. If it persists you should see a doctor.

whenever i eat anything spicy or really hot in temperature. i get a while lump in the back of my throat. it's uncomfortable?

Reflux??: Can be caused by spicy foods and for some people gives burning/unpleasant symptoms in the back of the throat rather than the traditional indigestion/heartburn symptoms.  If it is only a few foods one may get by with avoiding them.  If it would restrict your food intake considerably, then recommend a consult with a doctor licensed in your area to consider tests and treatment.

can't eat food anymore, anything more than one bite makes me feel a lump in my throat, scratchiness and like it's coming back up, what could this be?

See a doctor: This sounds like you may have a blockage in your esophagus. Please see your doctor right away. They will do some testing and you may need a referral to a gastroenterologist. This sounds serious. Please see a doctor as soon as possible.

Thick mucus in throa: You may be mouth breathing and/or have post nasal drip. Both can lead to drying of mucus as it moves from the back of the nose to the throat, causing it to thicken and "stick" to the back of the throat. This leads to the sensation of a lump in the throat which can wake you up with the urge to cough and clear your throat. 
Stay hydrated, make sure you don't snore, try saline gargles. See your doc.

i was kicked in the throat recently. i can breathe, drink and eat. but it just feels like i have an annoying lump. should i be concerned?

Not unless: Not unless it continues beyond a 7-10 days. If so, see an ENT doc for evaluation.

i'm allergic to tomatoes but usually can eat pizza/ketchup and such. 3 hrs ago i ate pizza and got tickly feeling in throat now it feels like a lump?

Go to ER if: YOu are having problem breathing or choking.  The reason why you could have tolerated ketchup or tomato sauce on pizza is likely due to alternation of the tomato allergen from cooking.  The current problem might have been from partially cooked or raw tomato.  It will be best for you to consult an allergist before ever touching tomato product again because the next reaction can be deadly.

i seem to feel a bit nauseous / lump in throat as soon as i eat; actually as soon as i drink (usually iced tea). it passes but i'm worried. thoughts?

See doctor: You need to see your doctor for complete exam possible blood work and scoping. Better getbgoingbfir your symptoms are abnormal

Anxietu: Can certainly be a sensation caused by anxiety, however since you smoke and have dysphasia this can be a concern. If it persists, you should see your doctor for advice.
