Enlarged lymph node: What you described suggests an enlarged lymph gland to inflammation in your mouth or scalp. It may go away on its own. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.

May be tori: If you already have tori, it could be that, but you should see a dentist to evaluate and make sure that you rule out a possible cyst, gum boil or other lesion.

: If you are referring to a lesion on your palate, it may be a palatal torus. Without visualization it would be best for you to see your local dentist to confirm what it might be.

having small very hard bump on my upper jaw gum near my wisdom teeth right side no color (pink/white) no pain i noticed it about 5 month ago and went to dentist did x-ray she said its look like bone or new growing teeth.im scared if its oral caner?

Don't be scared: What you describe is not typical of oral cancer.  Most common  cause of swelling is infection, as in an abscessed tooth, which your Dentist would have diagnosed.  An extra tooth or bone-damage from cancer would have appeared on the x-ray.  Sometimes your body grows benign boney bumps (exostoses).  If you are still concerned, seek examination by an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
