Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. However, you may watch and wait. The lump is likely to be a lymph gland. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.

Folliculitis?: A common cause of painful lumps around the genitals is folliculitis, or bacterial infection of the hair follicle.  Appearance is similar to large painful pimple over hair shaft.  Self-resolution is usual (can apply warm compress and topical antibacterial ointment), but if recurrent or painful, a physician can rule out other potential causes and/or need for antibiotics.

Enlarged lymph nodes: Most likely it an enlarged lymph nodes. Specially it is a little tender to touch. Nothing to worry about. It is due to a minor pelvic or urinary infection. If you have vaginal discharge or urinary increased frequency go see a physician. You might need antibiotics. If it doesn't go away after few days it must be looked at under all circumstances.

Mgt: These findings should be further evaluated. These may be reactive lymph nodes which swell in response to inflammation or infection. Your PCP can further evaluate also with a CBC, diff, plts A chest radiograph may also be ordered.
