Groin lump: Groin lumps are usually cysts or can be as simple as a blocked sweat glands. If inside labia it can be a Bartholin's glands cyst . Also can be a hernia which are larger softer lumps that may be reducible(pushed back into the body). STI can cause local lymph node swelling as well.
