20, male. mild pain when swallowing, headaches, lump on neck to the left of my adams apple, general discomfort in neck and enlarged lymphnode on left side (no changes in voice or breathlessness/trouble breathing) - could this be throat cancer? thanks

Cancer unlikely: You are not likely to have throat cancer. Your issue may be with the thyroid gland, however, it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a doctor, please see one.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Call physician: Anytime a lump develops, it is important to have it checked out to determine what it is and if any treatment is needed. This could be a thyroid problem.

3 pea sized lumps in neck that come and go, right above my adams apple. what are they? do i have cancer? also they do not move

Maybe reactive nodes: This sounds like reactive lymph nodes. Do you have acne? Sometimes in people with skin problems and skin infections the lymph nodes in the neck will swell. You should discuss this with your doctor or see and ENT doctor for an evaluation.

Have checked: The small lump could be many things.  Your thyroid gland is in that general area.  Nodules (lumps) in the thyroid should be evaluated by a Physician.  The best way to know what the lump is includes a physical examination

Likely not: A tumor. Could be a thyroglossal duct cyst which is congenital and benign (though sometimes they can get infected). Best to see an ENT doctor (ultrasound may be needed to further investigate).
