Fat necrosis: It is much more likely related to trauma to the fat tissue than bone. This takes 2-3 months to resolve. If you are concerned about the bone seek out an XR. All the best.

went to walmart baptist express clinic for bump in eye and swollen under eye almost to cheek she said a sty are they a good place a pretty accurate or could i have two things causing swelling panic mode ?

Eye swelling : Could be sty- whihc is an infection- that has extended. If it is swollen under the eye as well would go to ER as you may need IV antibiotics - or at least one dose- and oral antibiotics as well.  Eye infections are taken seriously.  With swollen under eye go to ER today.

popped zit week ago w/ metal extractor. now zit gone and hardening north from cheek  to eye socket. little pea size bump & under eye swollen. what is?

Sounds too active: You may have not sterilize the extractor resulting in an infection.  The face is too close to the lymph drainage to the brain.  Use warm applications till you can see a doc.

Warm compresses: If it doesn't get better after a couple of weeks of warm compresses go see your doctor to get it evaluated.

Variable: I hate to be so vague but this could be anything from a simple swollen sebaceous gland ( i.E mila, pimple) to a skin cancer. I would start by asking your primary care physician who may refer you to an ophthalmologist. He/she will start by asking whether the lump has grown, changed shape or color, etc. Malignancies usually noticeably change , especially over several years.

i've got a lump the size of a peanut under my right cheek. near the neck muscle. not painful but only notices it yesterday. can't see with the naked eye but can clearly feel it under my skin. any help or advice would be appreciated?

Lump in neck: There are many possibilities. It could be a cyst, a pimple, a lipoma, or a lymph node, or even a tumor. Most of these are things you should not worry about. But just to be sure what it is and how to proceed, I would advise you to go see your primary physician and have him exam it.

See eye doctor if by: Cheek area close to lower lids to examine to make sure it's something that could affect the eyes. If its over the cheek bone not close to lower lids, have your pcp examine it to see exactly what it is. Chances are it could be related to your flu.

long, invisible lump from corner of eye to cheek bone. it's hard, and fairly fixed; feels like a hard vein. no tear duct infection present. any ideas?

Dermoid cyst: It's caused by protrruding lining of scalp between the bone and the skull. Found at junctions if the skull bones. The corner of  eye is a junction between the zygomatic arch ( which protects the eyeball - forming  lower border ) and the facial -temporal bones at the corner of the eyeball. It's firm, not usually mobile, non tender under skin.  If small and not growing : leave It
