You know: at your age it is probably something VERY "simple" and VERY "benign"...don't let your embarrassment stop u from relieving your worry....a Gynecologist will allow you to feel more comfortable..perhaps a female?? My best "guess" is a HEMORRHOID (anal) or a Bartholin's Cyst (Vagina).....

Lymph nodes: Most likely those are lymph nodes. If you have been "under the weather" recently (sore throat, fever, runny nose, earache, cough), this may be very well explained by your upper respiratory infection. Tooth problems  may be another culprit. If none of the above are present, you may seek medical advice as some lymph nodes may be a sign of something serious.

Some ideas: Many males don't find their own epididymis / spermatic cord and plexus, or don't recognize it as part of their normal equipment. Any other 'big' testicular mass calls for a physician's office visit.

Many things: A history & physical will help greatly in the true diagnosis.  It could be a simple cyst, or a "hematoma/contusion" if he hit his head, or an infected pimple/abscess/hair follicle, etc.  He should see a dr. And get the proper diagnosis, as the treatment will depend on it.  Good luck

i did a biopsy in may and i can still feel a big lump.. when will it go away?

Ask your surgeon: It is hard to know from your question if the lump is what was biopsied (to see what it was) or if the lump is  from the biopsy procedure.  It would be unusual for a hematoma from a biopsy to persist from may to september, but if the biopsy was done to see what was in a pre-existing lump and there was no other treatment, it would still be there.  Ask your surgeon.

Lymph node: Lymph nodes are located throughout the body ; generally noticable in exposed areas like the neck. They are usually pea sized at rest and enlarged when stimulated by bug bites, dermatitis, drainage or infection. They rarely can become damaged by infection ; grow to golf ball size ; need drainage or removal. Most enlarge and later shrink back down within a 3 wk cycle unless chronically stimulated.
