You know: at your age it is probably something VERY "simple" and VERY "benign"...don't let your embarrassment stop u from relieving your worry....a Gynecologist will allow you to feel more comfortable..perhaps a female?? My best "guess" is a HEMORRHOID (anal) or a Bartholin's Cyst (Vagina)..... Hope this helps...BE WELL Dr Z
