Unlikely: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, and physical examination . Cancer is unlikely. A slight asymmetry is not abnormal, e.g., breasts are usually of slightly different sizes.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Could be Many Things: It's impossible to say in this setting what it could be. Lumps inside the mouth are varied in cause. Examples: aphthous ulcer, herpes virus, abscess, various types of cancer. Certain lumps can also be a sign of a disease happening elsewhere in your body. If you smoke or use smokeless tobacco, stop now! Use greatly increases your risk of cancer. Make an appointment with your doctor to evaluate!

Get it checked: A large hard bump is suggestive of an abscess from an upper tooth. Confirmation is done with the biomarker l-homocysteine which measures the presence of infection.  The constituents of the infection can be identified and if the tooth in question possesses the same pathogens as the lump in the cheek, then one can confirm that the tooth infection is the etiologic cause for the the bump.
