Investigate: There's no reason for you to be worried. Probably a simple explanation such as a calcified salivary duct or scar tissue from biting your cheek. This is not a problem that can be diagnosed sight unseen. Please call your Dentist for a differential diagnosis and appropriate treatment. You'll be glad you did.
