Cheek Bump: It could be many things, some more serious than others. It's worth it to get a biopsy by your local oral surgeon or ENT to better guide treatment.

See your doctor: A few possible conditions: traumatic irritation, canker sores, mucous cysts, oral lichen planus, etc. In most cases they may resolve on their own, but you should see a doctor if the bumps persists for 2-3 weeks or becomes worse.
