Need more clues: The 2 most common lumps of the abdominal wall that i see include hernias and lipomas.  A hernia is a hole in the abdominal wall thru which a sac can protrude, sometimes containing fat or even intestine.  These are most common in the groin, belly button, or upper midline.  Lipomas are fatty tumors that can occur anywhere on the abdominal wall.  If you see your doctor, they should solve this easily.

No: even if you are thin iliac nodes are not palpable.  Too deep.  Inguinal nodes can be easily palpated- that's in the groin.  Also, there other causes for bumps in the belly.  Depends which side and location.  You could feel enlarged ovarian cyst if you are really skinny.  Can feel your own colon on left side - especially if full of poop, and so on.

YOu need a: "hands on " examination however I will venture a "thought"...At 22 if you are relatively thin...you could be feeling BOWEL CONTENTS which actually do move from the right to left side over hours or days!
Just a thought...get that exam!
