Need more clues: The 2 most common lumps of the abdominal wall that i see include hernias and lipomas. A hernia is a hole in the abdominal wall thru which a sac can protrude, sometimes containing fat or even intestine. These are most common in the groin, belly button, or upper midline. Lipomas are fatty tumors that can occur anywhere on the abdominal wall. If you see your doctor, they should solve this easily.
