my nose is always like ice to touch. causes pain in bridge of nose an eyebrows but my nose never warms up it's like an ice cube n painful ?

Vasoconstriction: Cold nose, fingers and toes are the body's mechanism to warm the core of the body by taking some blood circulation away from the periphery. This occurs in people with cold intolerance and if it is a significant problem for you, you can get checked for being too thin, anemia, underactive thyroid, low blood sugar,etc. Most of the time it is just a nuisance in otherwise normal people,however.

smacked bridge of nose 2 months ago (not broken), injury left small lumps in skin, can break them up with message but they reform. what are these?

Lipomas?: I am not sure of the actual name for these, but when you hit your nose you crushed the fat layer under the skin. It responds by scarring just like the skin itself does.  When that happens under the skin you get these firm little nodules.  They won't hurt you. Sometimes they will go away by themselves.  Try to leave them alone if you can cause you may be aggregating them with the massage.

Hard to tell: without a picture..maybe a lipoma if it doesn't hurt which is usually harmless

Catamenial sinusitis: Oddly enough, since the symptoms appear around the same time with respect to your cycle, &amp; presumably go away in between, the CT scan can be negative especially if not having symptoms (CT scan only show fixed anatomical defects). A condition called catamenial sinusitis mimics your condition. Speak to your doctor or an Endocrinologist for more info.

Sinus: Those symptoms may or may not be related to paranasal sinus infection. Instead they could be caused by allergies. I would try taking an antihistamine like benadryl(can cause drowsiness) or claritin which is nondrowsy. Avoid any thing that could be causing allergies, like cosmetics, dust collectors,pollen,etc.

can a twitching eye cause a tingling feeling on the skin around the eye like corner of your outer & inner eye, eyebrow, bridge of nose and temple? i had a doctor examine me & was not at all concerned but i suffer from high anxiety and panic disorder?

: Most commonly, a "twitching eye" is due to a benign condition, orbital myokymia.  This can be prompted by fatigue, eye strain, stress, lack of sleep, and other conditions.  See an ophthalmologist if this proves disabling.  Your "high anxiety and panic" would benefit from counseling using cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Sinus?: Most common would be a sinus issues; the sinuses are located throughout your skull to lighten your head but can get congested and fill up with mucous and fluid. If the pain is worse when you, say, lean over to tie your shoes it might be sinus congestion or infection.
Is there anything that makes the pain worse or better? Any nasal drainage or post nasal drip?

i've had pressure in bridge of nose and slight lightheadedness. when i apply pressure anywhere on head, i get post-nasal drip. what could this be?

Headache: Hi, is this a new headache or you have a recurrent headache like that? Do you have any change in your vision? What kind of pain do you have, a pressure like pain or throbbing? Any dizziness, nausea or vomiting? 
The possible causes are Tension headache (most likely), sinus pain (2nd most likely), migraine headache (less likely), please see a provider for further evaluation, Best of luck.
