right ankle hurts behind my lateral bone. doesnt hurt to walk just by touching. bad overpronation. happened the day after running. wat cud be wrong?

Rest: your leg and refrain from running until getting it looked at.  It is likely an overuse tendonitis injury, however you want to make sure there aren't any tendon tears.  Check with a foot and ankle specialist/Podiatrist for a good exam, diagnosis and a correct treatment plan!

Ankle injury: You should have it looked at. X-ray to look for fx. Don't walk on it until you are seen. You can take Motrin and ice it.

Lumps: Should always be checked by a doctor. You don't state any history of trauma so this might be some type of growth....

Depends on results: Depends on the results of mri. With tibialis posterior dysfunction, immobilization may not be enough, surgery may be necessary and then casting.  Plus there will be a need to address the flat footed ness.  If a mass consistent with a ganglion,  have it drained as an in office service. Ask if they can remove it, as an in office service if not successful.  If other mass, have removed.

See a doc: See a doctor because you may have a more insidious injury than just a contusion.  It may be a ligament tear or lisfranc injury.

Need to be examie : Many possible etiologies.Need at least ankle x-ray to rule out a possible etiology called OCD lesion of the talus.(ostochondral lesion of the ankle bone, talus)you need to be examine by physician.
