Ganglion cyst?: Often these are cysts. It's best to have an exam - but 1st read: http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/ganglion-cyst/home/ovc-20168586 There's a section on Dx - even one on self-care. Have it checked for sure if you're worried or it changes.
