so i had this lump that appeared on my throat outta nowhere been 4 months n it'still here also woke up with a lump on my back of ear it hurts when touched i been feeling real dizzy like im outta body every 5 seconds and my nose started pouring blood?

Doctor can evaluate: A person who feels dizzy, whether it is a lightheadedness where the room looks dimmed, or it is a situation where the room is spinning, should be evaluated by his primary care doctor to see what is going on. His doctor may refer to an ENT doctor if an inner ear problem is suspected. His doctor can check the ears, and the nose for any trauma (assuming it has stopped bleeding), etc...

Enlarged lymph node: He may have inflammation at the nape of his neck after his ear infection, since his lymph nodes there can enlarge. If the lump enlarges after 1-2 weeks with increased redness, discharge or tenderness, it should be seen and treated for infection by his MD.

Black? Keloid?: If you have pigmented skin (asian, hispanic, black), you may have a keloid, and need infections of steroids to make it go down. Go see a plastic surgeon.

Lump by ear: Jamie It is hard to know if the lump behind your ear is benign or malignant without examining in person but based on location it would like be a benign cyst or tumor in the area

Ábcess of ear  : You may have an abscess of the ear with concomitant swollen lymph glands in the jaw and neck line . A visit to your doctor is in order

I : I cannot diagnose your lump. If it is on the back of the ear it could be a post-auricular cyst.  A sebaceous cyst contains dead skin and oil.  You could have an infection. If it is behind the ear, you may have a swollen lymph node. I suggest you get it checked by your doctor so that the cause can be identified. The doctor  can give better information about whether it will resolve of its own or if any intervention is necessary.

i have a pea size hard lump on the back of my left earlobe, close to where the lobe connects with my face. had this for 2 weeks. should i be concerned?
