: This can be a perianal abscess which is a complication of inflammatory bowel disease. In this situation I favor being evaluated, advised,treated and followed by a colorectal surgeon. In the meantime, apply warm compresses.

Liquid base: When you have diarheea, mostly liquid, anything you ate disolves really well in water. That solution penetrates the tissues pretty fast.The anal canal has sensitive inervation, and at this level you feel the discomfort sensation.

However if the blood is.mixed in stool, this may be bloody diarrhea from inflammatory bowel disease, or an intestinal tract infection which are serious disorders. For mild bleeding, treat the diarrhea by not eating roughage,drink adequate fluids &amp; take imodium according to direction

Painus in the anus!: Such burning is due to the alkalinity of the intestinal contents damaging the anal canal and perianal "skin" or anoderm.  Put Calmoseptine on the area before and after BMs.  Clean the anal area with dry paper then with tap water before applying the medicine. Antispasmodic medications like bentyl (dicyclomine) taken a half hour before meals can prevent postprandial diarrheal episodes.

Not sure: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. If the bumps came up after the infection and weren't there then warts/tumors/etc are not likely but yeast infection, boils, hemorrhoids are possible. Seeing would diagnose it. Pretty much any doctor could take care of this.
