Possible Infection?: "c. Diff" is an infection in the colon after receiving antibiotics for your surgery. If you have watery diarrhea, fevers ; chills you should see your surgeon or family doctor as soon as possible.

Get eval: Make sure you follow-up with the surgeon. Sometimes, medications can cause diarrhea. Antibiotics specifically can cause an overgrowth of c-diff which would need to be treated. Get eval and testing of the diarrhea if it persists.
