Not sure: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. If the bumps came up after the infection and weren't there then warts/tumors/etc are not likely but yeast infection, boils, hemorrhoids are possible. Seeing would diagnose it. Pretty much any doctor could take care of this.
