Need to be checked: It sounds like a swollen lymph node. I would recommend seeing a dermatologist to rule out infections.

Get checked: Depends on the growth rate.  Typically these will be sebacious cysts, which are benign, but you should have your doctor check it.

hello i have only recently found a tiny lump on the back of my kneck under my hairline it doesnt hurt , isnt visible and i feel like it moves a tiny bit do you know what it could be ?

Tiny lump: From your description it can a lipoma ( small mass of fatty tissue ) which is completely benign and can be just monitored. It can also be a cyst which is also benign and usually go away by themselves. Just monitor for now. They can get irritated and start hurting or get infected rarely. It can be a skin tag again benign.

Blocked gland?: A sebaceous cyst is a collection of oily fluid that occurs when an oil gland is blocked.  Some folks are more prone to them than other and they often appear on the neck, shoulders, and back.  Please see your doc who will tell yo if what you have is this or something else. Not sure of question: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them, but I'm not sure if the quesiton of what it is matters.
"Wart/mole/growth that hasn't changed in any way in years" isn't one of the cancer warning signs.
A dermatologist would be able to remove it and/or tell what it is.
but not my choice on whether that is important or not.

? Infection: If you have a lump in last 24 hours, it could be due to injury or infection. If you have a fever or pain with that lump which indicates an infection then you want to see a doctor asap. Sometime we don't notice the  lump or bump for sometime even though they are there for long time. If you think that the lump might be there for long time, then you want to a surgeon on routine basis.

Requires exam: If this is an abscess or an infected sebaceous cyst.  If an abscess, it must be drained. If it is an infected cysts it must be surgically excised.

Different options: That area has a lot of things in it both in the skin and below it.  Sweat glands, hair follicles and skin cysts as well as lymph nodes, fatty tissue, vessels, muscles and other things.  Is the lump growing, inflamed, painful, painless, draining, recurrent or constant, moveable or fixed...?  Each of these (and many more) will provide your doc the answers as to what it is and what needs to be done.

I doubt it: Unless the lump is tender it is not the cause of your headaches. See a doctor and have the lump evaluated. It is likely to be a cyst.
