Needs to be seen: Most likely not appendicitis, but cannot rule it out unless there is a current workup.  Enlarged ovary should not cause fever (normally).  Have this worked up, but please let the er doc know what previous workup has been done.  And go to the same hospital where the enlarged ovary was diagnosed so they can refer to any labs/studies done.

This usually requires root canal therapy to absolve.  Please see your dentist right away to ensure that this infection does not progress.

Vague question: Depends what part of the body "aches".  Prolonged sitting, especially with poor posture and ergonomics in place, imposes a large degree of pressure on the disc, which in turn can  lead to back pain or "ache".  Sitting on ones tuchus for prolonged periods is not advisable.

Mechanics: Low back pain after standing all day could also be a sign of mild degenerative changes to the lumbar spine. Poor posture and  jobs that require excessive lifting can also predispose you to muscle fatigue and injury.  It is important to avoid high heeled shoes and have adequate arch supports to decreased stress on the lower back.  Be sure to visit your md if the pain persists.

More info: I'm not aware of any conditions that produce aching throughout the whole body as most problems are localized to more specific areas to allow a differential diagnosis. See if you can localize your symptoms.

Have an appendix?: Right lower abdominal pain is characteristic of appendicitis. This pain may follow pain above the belly button, and nausea/vomiting. But right lower abdominal pain may be intestinal. It could be a kidney stone, an ovarian cyst, or even a strained muscle. You need to get checked - and reassured that this is nothing serious. Many things: Most common cause of back aches are  back strain,  many people have arthritis in their back- this can be seen on basic x-ray.  Also disc problems may be present - like bulging or herniated disc.  Back muscles are frequently weak- so you can do core building exercises that can help back pain--recommend eval by doctor.

Somatic dysfunction of upper and middle ribs cause by coughing or sneezing.  Muscle pull.  Chronic pull of breast tissue with inadequate support.  Heavy book bags/purses.  Sleeping wrong........
