Many things: Too much time looking at an improperly positioned computer screen or keyboard. Poor sitting, standing or walking posture, scoliosis. Somatic dysfunction of upper and middle ribs cause by coughing or sneezing. Muscle pull. Chronic pull of breast tissue with inadequate support. Heavy book bags/purses. Sleeping wrong........
