Have an appendix?: Right lower abdominal pain is characteristic of appendicitis. This pain may follow pain above the belly button, and nausea/vomiting. But right lower abdominal pain may be intestinal. It could be a kidney stone, an ovarian cyst, or even a strained muscle. You need to get checked - and reassured that this is nothing serious. Good luck. Lgromkomd.
