Treat with Stretches before bed, Calcium/Magnesium supplements, or medication change. see your doctor if the pain persists

Walk not run: You are building muscle mass in the calf by the pounding of the jogging.  Build tone and not the muscle mass by stopping the pounding.  Research has proven that running is not better than walking over the course of the "same distance".  Stop running and start walking the same distance.
