i have kidney pain on my left side that comes and goes and it radiates to my lower hip and front pelvic area, what could this be? i've had it for about 3 days now and it hurts alot

Flank pain: Lots of causes of flank pain. Pain that comes and goes and radiates to the pelvic area could be a kidney stone -  but many other causes from ovarian cyst to pelvic infection to ectopic pregnancy, even appendicitis are possible. Make sure you are not pregnant! Please see your doctor for evaluation. If it's a kidney stone, a urine dipstick test will show microscopic amounts of blood.

i have had pain/tension off-and-on for several months in my hip (or it could be considered the top of my leg on the front side) and my lower back -- both on right side.  is there a stretch to eliminate tightness?  walking/standing make pain worse.

Yes: You really need to see an ortho doc who can do manuevers on you to see if it's hip, S-I joint or disc related. If it's SI, you can put ur right leg on a table and bend your torso forward to increase flexibiity. There are others you can google: exercises for sacroileitis. You might need an MRI of the hip/pelvis.

had total colorectal removal 10 yrs ago.
last 9 months been anaemic with pain left side of abdomen which goes through my hip and lower back, front leg?

Left hip/ leg pain: Follow up with doctor this week. Would consider CT of abdomen/pelvis to ensure no cancer, check renal function as that can cause anemia as well. Did you have inflammatory bowel because if that recurrs in small intestine or ileum can cause  anemia( though usuallyright side). Also consider hip films to check for arthritis.

is it a pinched nerve have pain n the front inner & side of thigh. have pain n lower back, hips, pubic bone, groin area. can decompression help this?

Depends: This depends on what your imaging reveals.  Lumbar stenosis can cause back pain and pain into thighs which are worse with ambulation.  Decompression can help this with or without a fusion depending on your specific image and exam.  However you are very young for something like this to happen.  Please be seen and evaluated.

Bursitis vs stenosis: Pain like this is most commonly hip bursitis.  Stretching the bilateral hips will help.  Occasionally you would have to get a bursal injection to help.  If these measures do not help then you ned to look in the lumbar spine with an mri.  Often lumbar spinal stenosis can cause the same symptoms. If that is the case then sometimes a lumbar esi is the next treatment option.

Femoral hernia??: See your doc, tell him your history and get a physical exam to find out what is going on in you.

See details: There are several causes for pain in this area. What are you calling the hip bone? Many people really mean back pain when they say hip pain. Have it evaluated and then you will know.

Lumbar disc: Could herniated or bulging lumbar disc, degenerative disc disease, possible osteoarthritis of lumbar spine.
