Muscle twitching: The could be related to multiple reasons. Caffeine, stress and electrolyte deficiency like calcium and potassium. Also neurological problems could cause that like essential tremor. If the simple explanations don't seem to be the reason for you you should consult with your doctor.

Anxiety Itself: Do you mean "voluntarily" to mean "on its own" or by your purposeful movement? At your age, the most likely cause of a lip "shaking" would be anxiety, which is a sense of  ill-at-ease which has no specific focus and is biologically determined.  If you then are nervous about the lip movement, it likely will shake even more.  I encourage you to seek anxiety management: relaxation, therapy, meds, etc.

See a neurologist: I would recommend that you see a neurologist, as these symptoms are very complex. They could be associated with a variety of neurologic conditions. I have also seen similar symptoms occur in a very complex dissociative disorder. You will need a 72 hour eeg to rule out any type of seizure abnormality, certainly make sure that you're not withdrawing from antidepressants, and you will need an MRI to look for subtle anatomic changes in your brain. If everything is neurologically clear then you will need to be seen by a psychiatrist or psychologist who specializes in dissociative symptoms to find out whether this represents a complex conversion disorder. Lip twitching: Lip twitching is common and isn't a precursor to a stroke. It may occur for various reasons such as being stressed or fatigued, having low potasium levels, etc.

Difficult diagnosis: If it involves numbness, I would recommend getting an EMG test to see if there is a nerve involved.  It could be a focal seizure, and seeing a doctor could help tease that out.  They might order an EEG.  Another possibility is an atypical migraine.  Multiple sclerosis is another possibility.  The shoulder should be looked at as a source of the pain as well.

i have petit mal seizures since age 7.
my seizures happen in a way that my lips are shaking, i'm confused, can communicate but not in a rational way and my face turn red. taking lemictal medicine on a daily basis.how can avoid having the attack?

? petite mal: What you are describing do not sound like petite mal seizures. I'd see your neurologist and if haven't had an EEG in past year, get a new one. These sound more like complex partial seizures, and the medications are different for treating these. Also, consider seeing a specialty neurology clinic that deals just with epilepsy for a comprehensive evaluation and new treatment plan.

i got lidocaine at my dentist and my hands started shaking. later i looked at my lip and it was dropping will it go away and is this normal?

Yes: Lidocaine has Epinephrine added to it to make it work better. When you get a jump of epi into your system it will cause the shaking. Many people are sensitive to this, but it is very temporary. The droopy lip should go away in 4-6 hours. If it lasts more than 12 hrs call your doctor immediately.
