Urinalysis : You may have constipation which has caused kidney pain and urinalysis suggestive of a process involving the urinary system.  See a nephrologist to ensure you keep your kidneys healthy.  Lots of water and exercise.  Hope this helps.

is one side left side pelvic pain slash lower back pain a symptom of cervical cancer? i am so worried. last month i had an extra period bleed as well. last pap was normal but the one before was mildly abnormal?

: That symptom is not consistent with cervical cancer, especially your last PAP smear was normal. Spotting is not uncommon at your age; however, if you experience frequent vaginal bleeding, you should see your GYN doctor. Pelvic/low back pain is probably from sacroiliac joint.

See below: It could be.  You have symptoms which could be severe and should see your physician.  He/she will listen to you, do a physical examinarion, run some tests, and let you know what's going on.

Prostatitis?: Prostatitis can masquerade as a lot of different symptoms including pelvic pain right or left sided pain groin pain even low back pain. On occasion a distal ureteral stone can also have these symptoms. A urinalysis and a thorough exam by your primary care physician including a rectal exam examining the prostate would be beneficial.

Not necessarily: A dull aching lower pelvic pain and lower back pain can be due to the growing uterus, muscle strain, and several other things including a UTI. If you are not bleeding, this would not even be considered a threatened miscarriage. Your PCP or OB can look into what is going on and give you ideas about how to help the discomfort. Hope this helps. Your concern shows what a great mom this baby has.

Yes: The bowels are located throughout the abdominal cavity and constipation can cause pain in different areas often referred to the pelvis and or back.
