Possible: Back pain and constipation could be related to your IBS but could be diet, fiber intake, hydration etc..  There are many possible causes.  Make sue you are taking enough fiber, fluid etc and avoid high fat meals, cheese etc.  If still having issues see a gastroenterologist

Colon cancer: Those 2 are nonspecific symptoms but weight loss, change in bowel habits, bleeding per rectum, hx of polyps, family hx of colon cancer or any combination of these things should warrant proper evaluation by a colonoscopy.

Peripelvic pain: Peri-pelvic pain can be caused by degenerative disc disease, particularly at L4 L5. Sometimes a tear in the outer anulus of the desk goes unnoticed, while patients have multiple procedures for endometriosis or other abdominal complaints. It can all be due to the lumbar spine.

There are many treatments for heavy periods and your obgyn can help with that as well as the vaginal odor. Ibuprofen should help for now. Your primary care doctor can assess your anxiety, back pain and headaches. Try MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) for constipation.

: Having large bowel movements has nothing to do with your spine and would not be caused by problems with your back.  However, if there is pathology in the L5-S1 area, bearing down to evacuate a large bowel movement can produce back pain by increasing intraspinous pressures in that region.

i am experiencing  low back pain, dry or cracking skin, fatigue, feeling depressed and constipation. the following also describe me: difficulty concentrating.  have been diagnosed with low vit d level of 8.  tsh is normal and t3 is low.  ?
