Because your symptoms are worsening, and if there is associated tenderness, you should be examined by a physician tonight.

Colon or Gyn Pain: Left sided pain is usual your sigmoid colon (diverticulitis) or your ovaries or Fallopian tube. I would see a Ob/Gyn and get an ultrasound of your ovaries. If clear, I would get an order for a Ct scan to make sure it is not diverticulitis.

Abdominal pain: Get an evaluation. It could be diverticulitis- an inflammation of the outpouchings of the large intestine. Drink 6-8 glasses daily, eat fiber and fresh fruits to have regular bowel movements.

Lower left pain: Most likely musculoskeletal issue. Could be a groin strain. Would stop running for awhile to see if it gets better. If so and stays away no issue. If pain comes back with exercise you should be checked for a groin hernia or even a "sports hernia" which is harder to diagnose and more controversial as far as treatment.

See your doctor: The symptoms could be due to a variety of things - a viral gastroenteritis, colitis (inflammation of the colon) or possibly diverticulitis (an inflammation of sacs which have herniated from the large intestine).  While viral gastroenteritis is self limiting in a few days, the latter two may worsen with increased and localized symptoms.  If this occurs, you should see your doctor.

LLQ pain: Llq pain be caused by a multitude of things. It could diverticular disease, kidney stone, bladder distension, pelvic pain, ectopic pregnancy. Avoid mild for now. Watch for increased pain, fever, vomiting, black or red stools. Two days of diarrhea are not necessary a red flag for the more serious things I have mentioned.Try a brat diet for a few days ( bananas, rice, apple sauce and toast) low fibe.
