Abd pain: Perhaps, you had an intestinal (gut) spasm which is short lived but could be very intense. Other than that, i cannot think of such short lived pain like yours.

Diverticulitis: Constant pain not associated with other symptoms (diarrhea or blood in the stool) is likely diverticulitis at your age.  Other considerations are colitis (infectious, inflammatory), cancer, and disease of the female organs.  You should probably see your doc to give them the full story and get treated appropriately.

i have pain in my lower left abdomin it's tender when i touch.. waht should i do at this point? go er or rest up at home?

Depends: It depends on the severity and duration of the pain. If its severe and disabling, and just started, head to the ER. If not severe, or has been there for more than a week or so, call your primary care for an appointment within a week or so. Hope this helps!

for the last month or so been getting sporadic jolts of pain in my mid/lower left back. it usually happens when i get up from sitting or walking. pain doesnt feel deep but close to surface. my lower back has been tender to touch for years off and on?

good morning, yesterday i discovered an indent in the lower left back of my head that was not there before. it is not sore to the touch, however i am experiencing head fog and i am nauseous most of the time for about a week. should i be concerned?

Skin lump: There are many possibilities.  You should see your doctor or a dermatologist to evaluate the lesion. The dermatologist will decide if a biopsy is needed to establish a definitive diagnosis.  Treatment, if any is needed, will depend on what the diagnosis turns out to be.

Nerve mediated?: Burning pain that is associated with sensitivity to light touch may be related to an irritated/injured/pathologic nerve. Formal evaluation by pain physician may be help discover root of the pain.

Consult physician: If localized to anterior ribs usually costochondritis. Occurs on left side of breastbone, affects more than one rib, Worsens with deep breaths or coughing. Resolves on its own, although in some cases may last for several months or longer. Treatment focuses on pain relief perhaps with nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs.Can be related to injury, viral infection, strain, arthritis, rarely tumor.

Any chest pain: especially '  bad stabbing pains '   on left chest , need physician evaluation to make sure is not a heart attack , regardless of age , take him to ER
