Brest pain: The swelling and pain in your "right breast" may be mastitis, which may require treatment by your gyn physician.  Consult your physician about types and testing for insect borne infections from the area you frequented.

my left stomach, around my hip, and left side of lower back is sensitive to touch. feels like a sunburn but no rash, bruise or notable injury. going on a few days now. hurts to even rub skin lightly. what should i do? give time or go in?

is it a muscle spasm, or could it be something else?

Likely: This would most likely be muscle.  However other causes would include lipoma, fibrous or even abscess.

popped a bumb on my lower back now its bigger and it hurts to touch and lay certain ways, what should i do ?

: Don't know exact location on your back, but could be an abscess or even an infected pilonidal cyst.   This is not something you can ignore, as it is likely an infection that needs to be drained properly. See your PCP or use Urgent Care Center today or tomorrow.   In meantime, hot compresses to area may promote it to start draining on its own and relieve some of the pressure/pain.

When you bend: you stretch your sciatic nerve, the nerve that comes from nerves in your lower back and down your leg.  You might want to get checked by an orthopedist to make sure you don't have any impingement on your sciatic nerve.
