Flu symptoms: Sounds like flu like symptoms. If these dont get better in 3-5 days i would see your physician to evaluate if this is a flu or something more serious.

Sciatica: While sciatica is common, this may well represent a radiculopathy (nerve root irritation). You will require a full examination with x Ray and or EMG to determine  if there is  nerve/muscle damage from spinal compression, peripheral nerve disease, or other cause of your symptoms. If you need to take another long ride, use a lumbar bolster and raise knees higher than hip joint with Foot lift.

Probably is not: Probably is not ca of the kidney and could be related to radiculopathy(irritation of the nerve root)caused by herniated disc.Ca of the kidney should have given more symptoms such as passing bood in the urine.

Premenstrual: Some of these symptoms are characteristic of premenstrual hormonal changes causing fluid retention which results in edema, breast congestion and even pelvic congestion, and mood swings. If this is a common monthly occurrence taking a mild diuretic several days before your menstrual period often prevents these symptoms. Discuss this with your physician or gynecologist.

Nerve damage?: A pinched nerve in lower spine  that's radiating down leg, following the nerve .This is Sciatica,+ usually follows episode in past for low back pain. It could be Herniated Disc pressing on nerve Recommend lying down on back with knees propped up on pillows,  ice or warm compresses to  area see if it relieves pressure on nerve. No heavy lifting. If no better, need to see doctor. Take Advil (ibuprofen)

hi so ive had a mild pain down the back of my leg into my calf its not a sharp pain more like dull ache but not really bad it doesnt interfere with my daily activities. i do have fibriods so i constantly have lower back pain. should i be concernrd?

Not  fibroid .: The pain as described is like a strain or muscle pull.  I would apply heat to your low back and control the pain with acetaminophen or 
ibuprofen.  Mild stretching may help.  Follow up with PCP if conditions get worse.

Sciatica ?: You may have some compression on the nerves in your legs from the bones in your lower back being compressed. This needs an orthopedic doctor to look at and probably some X-rays and MRI scans to diagnose what's wrong. Make an appointment and go see a doctor if you can - there are no shortcuts to making this better until you know what's wrong in your spine, good luck !
