Could low back pain and leg ache be a symptom of kidney cancer?

Probably is not: Probably is not ca of the kidney and could be related to radiculopathy(irritation of the nerve root)caused by herniated disc.Ca of the kidney should have given more symptoms such as passing bood in the urine.

Yes: There is the possibility that if there is a renal or kidney cancer or carcinoma present that it may spread and this type of cancer has a high likelihood of spread or metastasis to bone which can present as pain in the back and/ or leg as wrll as anywhere else with underlying bone that can be detected by imaging studies including: x-rays, mri, ct, bone scans and pet scans.
