Hi so ive had a mild pain down the back of my leg into my calf its not a sharp pain more like dull ache but not really bad it doesnt interfere with my daily activities. i do have fibriods so i constantly have lower back pain. should i be concernrd?

Not fibroid .: The pain as described is like a strain or muscle pull. I would apply heat to your low back and control the pain with acetaminophen or
ibuprofen. Mild stretching may help. Follow up with PCP if conditions get worse.
