I am concerned that you have a significant nerve compression,  especially with the low back pain with standing,  and the bladder and bowel inconsistency.

Back pain: This could be an array of issues. Need to be more specific. any trauma, do you excersise, is it muscular strain. Do you have arthrititis, etc. Go to your provider to be evaluated and checked properly. Most of the time people have back pain because they dont strengthen their paraspinal muscles. Look up physical excercises online and try to do them. Maybe this will help.

Back Pain: Back pain is very common in people that sit often.  Not unusual to get extension pain due to anterior tilt of pelvis from tight hip flexors. Not unusual to get back pain from poor core strength and endurance.  Consider a good back and leg stretching program with a good neutral spine core stability program.  Should take of your back pain and prepare you for a long life of improved function.

Muscle spasm: It could be a muscle or disc problem.You need to make sure the type of exercise you are doing is not causing or adding to your problem.See your PCP.May need to see a neurologist.
